At Car Spotto, we recognise that your privacy is important. Car Spotto does not sell or rent any information that is given to us to third parties.  We do not have access or directly receive your credit card billing information during the purchasing process. Nevertheless, the required information for your billing will be stored by the payment gateway company which will store your billing information on their secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your subscription.  Should you cancel your subscription, your billing information will be removed by the payment gateway company.

Car Spotto may send you emails pertaining to updates of the Car Spotto App, website, events or special offers.  You may opt out of these emails at any time by a return email with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.
